ZURI GO™, the AI assistant that briefs your fleet every morning
ZURI GO reads what your vehicles, drivers and payments recorded overnight and tells you, in plain words, what happened and what to do first. Ask it anything about your fleet, in the dashboard or on WhatsApp.
For fleet owners, managers and finance people who would rather read three lines at 07:00 than open six reports.
What ZURI GO does for you
A brief every morning
On WhatsApp at the time you choose, 07:00 by default, with quiet hours. The same brief is in GoGoo Fleet OS.
Answers about your fleet
Ask which vehicles were idle yesterday or who is behind on payments, in the dashboard or on WhatsApp.
Drivers get answers too
Drivers ask about their own trips, score and payments in GoGoo Driver, and see only their own data.
Work it can take on
Chasing late driver payments, chasing drivers' expiring documents, and checking in when a trip goes wrong. Each one is off until you switch it on.
What the morning brief covers
Shaped to your kind of fleet, so a work-and-pay fleet reads money first and a bus line reads routes first.
Payments
Collections expected against received, and late drivers worst first, for fleets that collect payments.
Utilisation
Which vehicles worked, and which sat still.
Compliance
Documents expiring soon or already overdue.
Risk
Safety events and vehicles that need a look.
Fuel spend
Where fuel money went, for fleets that record it.
Gaps
Data that did not arrive, said plainly instead of guessed.
Numbers it computes, words it writes
Every figure in a brief is calculated from your records before ZURI GO writes a word. The AI writes the sentences around the numbers; it does not make the numbers. When data is missing, the brief says it is missing.
On WhatsApp, ZURI GO reads and reports. It changes nothing in your fleet unless your owner allows WhatsApp actions, and then it proposes each change and waits for you to confirm it.
It answers by role. A manager sees what a manager may see, and a driver sees only their own trips, score and payments.
- English only, today.
- The WhatsApp brief goes to owners, fleet managers and finance who verify their number and switch it on. Drivers do not get a brief.
- It advises. The decisions stay with you.
Priced per vehicle, billed in your currency
You pay for the vehicles you are actually running.
