Fleet maintenance and work orders in one place
Know which vehicles are due a service, raise a work order, record the labour and parts, and see what each vehicle has cost you to keep on the road.
For fleets that want vehicles off the road on their schedule, not the vehicle's.
What it does for you
Service-due reminders
Reminders before, at and after each service interval, repeating every cycle.
Work orders
Create one, assign a mechanic, add labour and parts, approve it and close it.
Costs that add up
Estimate against actual for every job, and service history per vehicle.
Faults into jobs
A failed scheduled inspection raises a work order carrying the items that failed.
From setup to every day
- 01
Set intervals
Choose service intervals per vehicle or component.
- 02
Get reminded
Reminders arrive before the service is due, on the day, and if it goes overdue.
- 03
Close the job
Record the work, the parts and the cost, and the vehicle's history updates.
What to know before you rely on it
We would rather you know the limits now than find them later. These are the conditions this feature works under today.
- A component that has never had a service recorded gets no overdue reminder until it has a baseline.
- Raising a work order automatically when a service falls due is an option you switch on; by default you are only notified.
- The maintenance reports show correlation, not cause, and say when there is not enough data.
Priced per vehicle, billed in your currency
You pay for the vehicles you are actually running.
